Terms and Conditions

We validate your order that you submit before it can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will dispatch your order usually within twenty four hours or the next working day. Occasionally this is not always possible so please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email.

We accept payment of products by most major credit and debit cards. Payment of all products will be debited before dispatch of your order.

If for any reason your card issuer refuses authorisation of payment to us you will be notified.

Prices

All our prices are accurate at the time of purchase. Prices may vary online from time to time.

All goods ordered are paid for in British Sterling Pounds only.

Any overseas orders may incur additional charges.

Cancellation of orders

Please check all your details are correct before proceeding to the checkout. We will confirm your order has been sent by email, but sometimes this can be identified as spam so be sure to check.

Cancellations can occur for various reasons:

  • Unable to process a payment
  • Delivery address is incorrect
  • You requested a cancellation
  • Product unavailable
  • Orders have been duplicated

Returns

If you are not happy with your goods, you may cancel the contract between us by informing us within 7 days of receipt of your product(s). You will be required to return the products in the condition sent to you, and we will reimburse the product cost within 14 days. Please ensure you retain a proof of postage for all returns.

If you wish to order items for somebody else other than yourself e.g family or friends birthday or Christmas gifts, you may give us a different delivery address.

Damaged or faulty goods

Once you have received your goods, please check that they are not damaged in any way. If you do find that they are or may be faulty, please email us immediately. Providing that the goods have not been used, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. All returned goods must be correctly packed and sealed. Once we are satisfied that goods are returned correctly, we will offer either a refund or new products. We take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

General information

For security purposes, when placing orders, your name/billing address must coincide with that of your debit/credit cards. If they do not we have the right to cancel any order.

Use of personal information

We may use your personal information to contact you about your orders. We will not provide your details to any companies or third parties for use in marketing procedures.

We have asked for personal information from you. This information is necessary for one of the reasons specified in the General Data Protection Regulation.
